Just had a game where the opponent wouldn't do anything but react in chat and was saying that reports don't work, they're just here to troll people. Anything I can do about it? Still have the replay and the Steam profile. Chat was pretty heated so I really couldn't screenshot it (the troll didn't use a bad word so that's not an option)

The - reports - absolutely - do - work - though.
The reason people think reports don't work is because 1) not enough people report because they think reports don't work, and 2) if multiple people report the same person it's unlikely you'll get the little pop up notification saying action has been taken when it had been.
Absolutely. Please continue to report folks that are doing this every time you can.
