[2022] Quality of life suggestion: When a teammate disconnects in doubles, always have the remaining player start in the attacking kickoff position after every goal

Sometimes I feel as though I'm good enough to take the game in a 1v2, but after a goal the other team automatically get an advantage by one of their players being a mile closer to the ball than me. This leaves me stranded to defend or just instead accept the ball is going to fly over me if I try and attack it. Surely changing it so that the remaining player can always attack at kickoff would help provide them with a bit of help now that they're at a disadvantage?
