[2022] What do you do if an opponent quits?

Question is for ranked.

My opinion: You play to win, with the ideal being the remaining opponent FFs once it's clear they can't take us 1v2 or 2v3. I believe this happens to all of us evenly, so it's fair. I'm fine if the opponent tries to take us on their own. If they can hold their own, more power to them. However, I do think you should quit if you're down 5-0 after a couple of minutes without a teammate. At that point please let us all just move on to the next match.

What prompted this post is that I just had a teammate throw a match "because it wasn't fair" the opponent's teammate quit on him at 1-0. Yeah, total douche move for that guy's teammate. However, total douche move to then put me in a 1v2, right?

I know the world isn't over, but it bothered me enough to see what the community thinks. Maybe I'm in the minority here. I can accept that.
