Hello! Popping into say that the article u/TinyVase shared above may be helpful in solving your problem if it persists.

There are 2 solutions offered in that article, the first half walks you through the acceptance of the EULA, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, while the second half guides you through the process of clearing save data. The latter might help resolve your issue if you have not already tried that method.
