[2023] Golden Moon drops bugged?

Playing during Neon Nights, 20 matches, get a Golden Moon drop.

Open the drop, it's some garbage, obviously.

I go to trade in the garbage for something better but it doesn't appear.

Items are in inventory, able to equip them, but can't trade them in.

Don't remember this ever being a problem with previous events, these aren't the limited event items either, I know those don't count for trading up.

Has anyone else had this problem or know a fix?
