Hi there, I made my girlfriend an account on my Nintendo Switch (she primarily plays on Xbox) and it accidentally got switched to the primary account. I bought the Rocket Pass on the Switch, not understanding that it did not carry over if the Xbox was switched back to primary. She lost the Rocket Pass and her 1,000 credits and the support team on Twitter refuses to help. They tell her to switch her primary back to the Switch even though she’s only spent 30 minutes playing on there and hundred+ hours on Xbox with many levels unlocked. All I asked the support team to do is transfer the Rocket Pass to the Xbox and they refuse to help. Anyone know what steps I can take next? Should I reach out to Nintendo or Xbox support for a refund or will Pysonix ban her account if we do that?

Very frustrated by their lack of customer service and not sure how to proceed. Thanks.
