[2022] About the text chat being "blocked"

Epic added a new feature to it's accounts called Cabined Accounts (credit to the peeps at the RL discord server for letting me know). Here's what it's about:

Basically, your account is considered to be "underaged" and they are trying to make sure you don't see toxicity in game (at least that's what I understand from it).

You gotta go to your Epic account (or the Epic account linked to your steam account), go to Parental Controls and set up a 6 digit pin so your account can be able to text chat. This applies to Fortnite and Fall Guys as well.

imo it's dumb to force it onto everyone regardless of the age (I'm 27 and my account is like 4 years old I think) but at least it's not that hard to fix. Hope you guys find this useful.
