[2023] I can’t claim my ESports tokens on my RL Xbox after buying it because of this “entitlement” error. Please help!

I just bought Esports token on Xbox for RL and I got a message from Xbox saying thanks for your purchase and all. When I closed the store like usual and went back into RL, instead of being greeted with my tokens, I was greeted with this annoying error
