[2020] I got banned for saying nothing. Probably from people who said “F America” last night. I didn’t say anything to them but they said things like “F America” and “nikkas”. So why am I banned?

This isn't even remotely true.

We ban players based on what they say, not because they were reported for harassment a few times.

I'm all with you on the ban hammer, it's already having effect but why did you stop adding the chat logs? It creates such drama and I can imagine someone genuinely not remembering.

We recognize that the missing chat logs are causing confusion and we are working towards resolving this issue as soon as possible.
