Good evening, to whom it may concern. 3 days ago I was banned for a phrase that I entered in the chat log. Today at 9:00 p.m. (Argentine time) my penalty ended, however I found that my 72-hour ban had been "reset". Is there any way to fix it? I provide my username if necessary, but I need a prompt response, as it is making it impossible for me to play. Thank you and good night.
