[2019] Broken RL lobby

I started to search for unranked games today and ran into a server that was stuck on the reserved screen. Basically the server never started and was just stuck waiting for a player to join that never did. I was in the server for 5 hours and others came and left (only way to leave the server was to force close RL through task manger) throughout the time I was in the lobby.

Basically I was wondering if this has happen to others before and/or to bring this up to Psyonix so they are aware that this can happen and possibly fix this. (I did report the server in game)
