Hey, apologies if this has been acknowledged or is easy to fix, I tried looking around, and it isn't acknowledged in the known issues in the Season 9 Patch.

I am trying to buy credits ingame in order to get the pass. After I select the credit pack I want, and I click 'Yes' in the little confirmation box that comes up, the 'Purchasing' box will come up with 'Processing' for like half a second, and then it'll just close. And I don't get my purchase.

I have purchased credits previously (has been awhile though) so I am unsure of why this is happening now.

I've tried running the launcher in Admin mode, re-entering my payment info on the website, nothing has worked.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix, or if I just need to wait till Epic gets on it? Thanks!

Hi there! I'm going to DM you both so we can get some investigations going.

In the meantime, could you both do the following:
- Submit a support ticket
- Grab logs from the game
- (This one's only for OP) Grab logs from Epic Games Store
