Yeah I know, but it still wont show up. When I claimed the reward, it showed up in my inventory for a few seconds and when I tried to equip it just dissapeard and hasnt come back since..

I confirmed that you have the item so it should be appearing in your inventory. Can you double-check that it isn't archived?
