I play on PS4 and I know my ISP is to blame for my bad connection but they want to see a log showing packet loss. I'm trying to get them out here to fix it but they say they don't see an issue so they won't send someone. Can't find the IP anywhere....
Happens inconsistently... last night and this morning it was great, today it is terrible as of 1:30p or so. I'm all hardwired with a good router, modem, and gigabit plan. Frustrating to say the least on ranked games!
