Hi All

Just over a month ago, we put out applications for new moderators to join us and after 80+ applications and much deliberation, we're delighted to bring four new mods to the r/RocketLeague team.

u/Awokein

Awokein has been playing Rocket League for 6 years and has been an active member of the r/RocketLeague community for at least 4 years, regularly contributing to discussions as well and is always friendly/helpful. They also add a handy level of reddit moderation experience from the r/RoastMe subreddit.

u/sanikfast

Sanikfast is another very active and super helpful member of the community who many of you will know from making the trash rank icons which is the 2nd most upvoted post on the subreddit of all time so I guess that is kinda like r/RocketLeague royalty! Sanikfast is also our first moderator from the Asian continent so there will no longer be any "Mods asleep" posts, we never sleep!

u/augburto

Augburto has been playing Rocket League since 2016 and has a huge passion for the game and also moderates r/RocketLeagueAnalysis where players can submit replays to get assistance on their gameplay. Augburto is also a software engineer who will be able to assist us with coding the aspects of moderation and could play a handy help in future events that we have planned!

And last but certainly not least, Vazzera who many of you will know from both here and the official Rocket League discord where they hold the Discord Legend role and regularly helps out with troubleshooting questions etc. thanks to their great knowledge of the common issues people suffer in-game.

So please do join me in welcoming these great additions to the team here now that they have officially started with us. There were many strong candidates to consider and we're very grateful for all that showed interest, we are pretty confident that we've picked the best candidates but if any other applicants would like feedback on their application, feel free to send us a modmail and we can let you know.
