[2019] Sent report message to player instead of reporting it, he reported me and now I'm banned.

Is there anyone that can help me? I never use foul language and frequently report those that do in game (Rocket league). Today I wrote out what the person said and put that it was very offensive and clicked send, before realising that I'd sent it to the person instead of reporting (I was in a rush).

He proceeded to report me and now I have a 24 hour chat ban. i don't want this on my account record, but on the xbox enforcement page there is no way to get it reviewed. If a person looked at it it would be obvious what happened, can anyone help?

(I know it was stupid and yes I'm practically an old man).
