PLEASE READ

If you went to the RLCS 7 World Championship, and are having any issues with the codes you're receiving/are supposed to receive, you must start a ticket with us on support.rocketleague.com. This is not something we can work through on Reddit. Thanks, everyone!

EDIT: ICYMI, these codes are redeemed in-game (Main Menu > Extras > Redeem Code), not through the platform you're playing on.

I don't think it's widespread. Codes are rolling out in waves, so if you haven't gotten yours yet, please be patient. Start a ticket if you don't see codes by the end of the day.

If you get an email with codes and the quantity doesn't line up, then you should also start a ticket.

EDIT: Seeing more and more folks with this issue as the day rolls on, so be sure to contact us after you receive the email with your code(s) if there are any discrepancies.

  1. Yes I am

  2. Code "xxxxxx" was invalid. Please ensure the code you entered was correct. I can confirm I've tried it as one line with lowercase letters, one line with uppercase letters and broken up with hyphens and uppercase letters (just as it appears in the email)

  3. Ticket was purchased directly through TM

Assuming this is on Steam, were you manually typing the code in, or did you copy-pasta the code?

Because if you didn't submit a ticket, we 1) wouldn't have an efficient way of knowing you didn't receive the right number of codes, and 2) we wouldn't be able to send you additional item codes.
