[2019] Decennium Pro problem

So i have got decennium pros redeemed on ps4 and i absolutely love these wheels. I have used them on ps4 for over a year but now i have moved to pc and the decennium pros are stuck in my ps4 account. I didn't expect to move to pc on the upcoming years, therefore i didn't save the code for later use. I don't want to leave the wheels unused in my ps4 account as i cant trade them to my friends either. They were the only thing that reminded me of the amazing rlcs s3 lan and I hope they wont be gone forever. Is there any hope I could get the wheels on my steam account?
