[2020] PSA to PC players, Psyonix is deploying a small update (55 MB) right now to address an issue with Decals that started with today's update.

Hey Psyonix, what about the vibration settings? Medium is not the old default.

We're going to add a "Legacy" option in a future update, timing TBD. Goal is to have it in the same update that brings the Decal fix mentioned in OP to consoles.
