I want to carry over the progress from my steam account to xbox. I have linked my steam and xbox accounts to my epic games account however in rocket league it's using my xbox account - which I have no progress with. How do I use steam account instead?

You need to set your Steam account to be your primary platform in order to inherit its progress.

I have my steam account set as my primary but on the Xbox it’s still using my Xbox profile. Someone suggested I go onto steam and that might refresh it or something?
That would be easy to try, though I'm not sure if it will make a difference.
