Ever since RL came out free on epic games, all my progress and cosmetics have been reset on my account on my Xbox. Like my presets and everything. Was this supposed to happen?

No you shouldn't have lost all of your cosmetics. Do you mean you lost all of the items in your inventory or do you mean all of the presets were reset?
One thing I can think of that may have happened is if you created an Epic Games account and linked your Xbox to it, the Epic Games account was set as the primary instead of the Xbox account, in which case you should be able to just log into Epic games and set your Xbox as the primary.
I looked at it again, and all of my presets were reset, but I got my cosmetics back. I think I might've accidentally done what you said, where I made my epic games account primary. Is there a way I can undo that? Thanks, and sorry for the late reply.
