Half Moon Items not available for trading

Got a couple of very rare wheels. Wanted to trade up as I had enough for import but the wheels are not showing up to trade?

I assume it’s a bug and not something specific to this box. Is this happening with anyone else?

This is in game trade and not player trading FYI.
