[2020] My Entire Account is Gone

I've been playing this game since launch, don't have a single ban on record. I have attempted to put in several tickets pleading for help, nothing has worked. Steam account was connected to a very old epic games account, whenever I attempt to login to the website to change my main account I am unable to do so, I am told the account is inactive. I can't seem to make it anywhere with tickets, I'm hit with copy pasted replies. I've got over 3000 hours in this game, so many fond memories of my past have come from playing this game. All of my items I've gathered up over the years, all of the gc titles, all of that is gone. So, I'm coming to reddit for help. Please help me get my account back.

Update: Epic responded to my ticket saying the account will stay permanently banned.
