[2023] Painted Masamune bugged?

My Sky Blue Masamune (item shop bought somewhere last year I think) looks exactly the same a default, I haven't use it in a long time so I never noticed. Is this a bug or did they discontinue painted versions of this car? (I'm guessing a bug since my Pink shop bought Scarab is still pink)
