[2020] Pls fix mute/report menu

I get all sorts of annoying people that spam the mic talking their language (its usually french ppl for some reason) and not only do they not give callouts but they intentionaly make noise to annoy you.I want to mute them but 3/4 times the mute or report menu doesnt po up for some players or not at all and im forced to go to settings and mute the voice chat entirely. For me this is one of the most important fixes that need to happen asap.
