I used to play the game a lot, then suddenly a few months ago I stopped. There has been many updates since then and I've recently logged in to have a go at the game again.

When I went to look at my skins, the ones I have had unlocked before have gone and as well as one rogue Seeker (I sent them a separate email about it which they are yet to respond to). I emailed them about it and they said that in my content history apparently the skins were never owned and that they can't do anything to help. This is extremely annoying and unfair because I farmed for them as well as spent some real money on some; most of them are just uncommon too so I don't really understand why it's a big deal to not just unlock them again. For me it's not just about the skins it's about the fact that they don't want to help or find a solution because of something that happened on their end, additionally because from what I've seen I am not the only one that has had this issue.

I just really hope this can be fixed because it’s just not right.

i think the problem is some i got with premium currency but like seeker and some of the other skins i got with reputation so i guess they can’t really track that on my account but i still don’t get why it’s such a big deal to just unlock them again

We have a complete record of everything purchased with Rogue Bucks and Reputation, so if you purchased the items from within the game, we know about it. What's your in-game name and what platform do you play on?

I searched through your complete extended history via both purchase history and inventory history just to make sure we don't have an error in one of the systems. You have never owned Scaducci Dima on that account.

In my search, I talked to our core technology team about the possibility of something going missing from a player's inventory and it turns out that SQL table is hardlocked to never allow deleting (we just set quantity to 0 to remove an item from a player) and you do not have an inventory entry for that item at all, which means that account has never had that item in its inventory at all.
