I got a free code for switch and when i punched it into the eshop, it shows "purchased" for all the different "editions" including Ultimate, but in game I don't have any of the bonuses. I thought maybe it was a bug and i just had to reset, but it seems like every time I log in, I still don't have my stuff. I put in a ticket for customer support, but I'm curious to know if anyone else is having similar issues.
