Can anyone confirm if one of the devs has commented on this? The patch notes say "You may only party with players who are within 5 Tiers of your Ranked Rating", which is kind of shocking given how much negative feedback they got on this and their decision to revert it back to no restriction for season 2. This kind of restriction in a game without matchmaking doesn't make any sense.
