Reddit Rogues, I've recently seen some ongoing concerns/confusion surrounding Founder's Pack purchases and not receiving content. We've made various announcements but I wanted to be sure we make this information as visible as possible.

  • If you had a purchase issue on Epic Games that was not fulfilled, please try and login again and this should resolve your issue.
  • If you had a purchase issue via Xbox One (usually from purchasing more than one Founder's Pack) this issue should be resolved for you.
  • If you managed to double purchase a Rogue, be sure you've put in a Support ticket so we can assist you.

A few common reports we are seeing:

  • If you received a key from Godankey promoted via our Twitter, these were not Founder's Packs, they were Beta keys.
  • If you purchased a Founder's Pack code from a third party such as G2A, Kinguin, etc... there is an incredibly high probability someone sold you a Beta key. Please ask for a refund. We do not support transactions from third party sites like this so please avoid using them.
  • Please be sure if you've linked your account to multiple platforms, the one you purchased your Founder's Pack on is the primary account.

If you still have an issue which don't fall into these categories be sure to put in a Support Ticket and let us know what you are experiencing. We're hopeful everyone has unlocked their content at this point!

Hey there! If you'll note this screenshot, this was not a Godankey run by First Watch and came from this site who may have been confused about the keys they were given.

No Founders Pack codes were distributed to any site nor given away by First Watch through this system.

I have put in three support tickets for this issue and haven't heard back from anyone yet. I just tried logging in and still don't have my Ultimate Founders edition content on Xbox one. I have checked to make sure its my primary account and still nothing. This is frustrating when I want to play the game and enjoy it but I'm blocked from the characters I payed for.
