Enemy team gets to the bomb in the last second and now that means they won the round. It should not be like this. If the enemy team defuses the bomb and the diamond fills up all color before they manage to defuse properly, the bomb should explode anyway.

I personally believe this is a large contributing factor. Again the team is 100% open to feedback on this, but I'd personally like to provide them a deeper reasoning than "Well in X game..."
