Dozens of posts here a day from members stating they never received the items they rightfully purchased, myself being one of those individuals.

We’ve heard nothing from the Dev team, none of our Tickets have been answered by support, and the complete radio silence on this issue is pretty alarming.

You have people spending $15-$60 and you don’t even have the decency to address why they aren’t receiving the goods they purchased?

Don’t tell me I need to wait or restart the game because it’s been over a week now. Don’t tell me to link my Epic account with my HiRez account because that’s also been done.

Please, any correspondence on this issue would be appreciated this is extremely frusturating.

Hey everyone, we appreciate the concern around this and we haven't forgotten about anyone. We have a list of folks and are currently working on the best way to resolve it for all of you.
