[2020] Have purchasing issues been fixed?

Hey. I saw this game and it looked really fun! Was thinking of buying the Founders edition and while contemplating that decision I looked at reviews for the game. It seems that some time ago many people were having issues receiving their in-game items when purchasing any special edition of the game. Is this fixed yet? I don’t wanted to spend money on a more expensive edition if I don’t get any of it anyway. I haven’t seen anything regarding the devs fixing this issue either. Might have missed it though.
