I've tried that multiple times and filed three tickets yesterday and another one today and still have no response im trying to be patient but this really sucks I understand your very busy but I would like at least a response or something to know that someone's trying to fix this.
I'm afraid putting in multiple tickets isn't going to expedite your situation, it's just going to slow down our Support folks. You'll need to PM me with details like your in game name, platform, etc... in order for me to assist.
