Banning people using 3rd party software is good and obviously should be done, but warning people for using exploits? Literally just patch the maps so people canât get to areas youâre not supposed to. This is a really grey line of whatâs a bannable offense. Obviously people shouldnât be accessing the rooftops but if they do because you didnât make invisible walls high enough theyâre going to get a warning for it? Pretty much any advantage you can âexploitâ is going to cause players to mass report with this mentality because they donât like the strat and then are players going to get warned for stuff like planting at zip or spawn killing in strikeout because itâs ânot intendedâ? Just seems like there should be clearer guidelines of what an exploit is, and if it is truly game breaking, why canât they just patch it?
We agree, this can be a gray line which is why we typically only suspend for egregious use. I can acknowledge some things just aren't obvious especially if you are new to the game.
Some however are. If you have been playing the game for 6+ months and we catch you climbing on the roofs of Favelas you are going to get suspended. You know you aren't supposed to be up there.
These types of suspensions are done consistently but with human review to ensure accuracy.
It would be nice to know why someone was banned. I was banned last friday 19.02.2021 and i just dont know what i have done to deserve that. I wrote the Support day's ago, with still no response. I spent money for the battle pass and know i can't play the game and i don't even know why...
