It's been an issue for a few months now. Why wasn't it on u/RoCoJared's radar? I shouldn't have to go into my Steam Library or Task Manager to manually stop it. I know I'm not the only PC user to have this issue, either.

Intentionally NOT flairing this as a bug because I'm not taking screenshots of my desktop to show the bug.

This. We believe this issue was resolved (i've confirmed with mulitple players it's no longer happening) but if it isn't for you we'd love to get some more information.
