Rogues, we wanted to take a moment to provide everyone with another update around issues being reported in the game. After the last update, our technical team has been dedicated to identifying and addressing these issues.

We have addressed some of the crashes with last week's hotfix to all platforms, however there are still things we consider “critical” which will be fixed as soon as possible. This is not an all-inclusive list, and does not cover any balance concerns, but are the problems which will be addressed more immediately:

  • The Shooting Range, Tutorial, And The Arena - These have been turned off to prevent significant performance issues in your client and in frequent cases of crashing.
  • Switch Crashes - We have folks addressing these and in the interim have turned off The Arena to help alleviate crash cases.
  • Dahlia Linking - We believe this may be associated to an issue with the setup of activated abilities (potentially affecting Chaac/Dallas as well) but we are currently testing a fix for this.
  • Contract Refreshing - Some of you have pointed out you are not receiving new contracts. We anticipate a fix for that this week which will require server maintenance.
  • Skins not showing / Purchase Issues - We’ve identified an issue with player inventories that is preventing your equipped skins from showing in a match. In other cases your Reputation/Rogue Buck balance may show enough currency to purchase something but you are getting an error message stating you don’t have enough. We have identified this issue and hope to have a fix in as soon as possible.
  • Queue Issues - The team is making changes to address issues where some of you aren't queuing or seeing "Communicating..." when attempting to rejoin a match.

Thank you again for everyone who have been sending supportive messages (the team genuinely appreciates it) and for the patience of those experiencing these bugs. We want Rogue Company to be a top tier experience, and we aren’t going to rest until we feel it is.
