[2021] EMP buffs? (20 character title)

I thought this patch would bring those gadget changes? I did see a red ring around Trench's barbed wire, but I haven't come across anyone throwing incendiary grenades yet, oddly enough. But I've been trying to pay attention to my cash flow. I'll throw the EMP, it'll show the X hit marker, destroy the barbed wire, but no monies. I think I deactivated a Gatling gun, but not 100% sure. Just wondering if anyone else can confirm whether or not it is working.
