Whether you got this game from a beta drop or payed for it this game is not fully released! I have seen many people whining and complaining about how many bugs and issues are in the game, but thats the whole point of beta. The devs want you to give feedback in a positive way and tell them whats wrong and need fixing, before the game fully releases. Let me know your thoughts!

Betas used to be around a month in length. They now extend beyond three years. The words early access and beta shouldnt be thought of as an excuse or scapegoat for accepting bugs. It's completely acceptable for people to voice their concerns regardless of what the term is being used to define a game that people paid to play.

They do however allows devs to push updates out and sidestep the Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo review process.

Hey there! Unfortunately this isn't completely true (or even at all true). Platforms have the same release requirements for a game regardless of where it's at in it's development cycle.

To answer other concerns I'm seeing, we know folks get frustrated with bugs and I can promise you the team gets even more frustrated. Bugs and features that need improvement we see a lot more than some of you and we want them to change. This is just a process of prioritization and time.

Why are we worried about a Store then right? Two reasons. First in order to remain free to play (which we mostly are as the majority of folks are playing on free Beta keys) and without the traditional "lootbox" mechanic that many know and love, we need to supplement that with a few optional cosmetics.

The second reason I cannot emphasize enough, different folks do different things on the team. A concept artist doesn't work on a gameplay bug, QA can't address an issue with a weapon camo, and I should not EVER be allowed to touch our servers.

We do appreciate everyone's interest and enthusiasm and we say it all the time but we do mean it... Thank you for being patient. This is a process that we just have to keep pushing through to make Rogue Company everything we believe it should be.
