Just purchased the new Phantom bundle and I can can equip the skin to phantom but do not have her unlocked to play with. Keep this in mind if anyone thought (like I did) that this bundle would unlock the character to use since you unlocked a skin for them.
External link →I didn't see Phantom costs 600 RB to unlock. This technically means the character would unlock and if you already have her unlocked then you get the RB to spend some where else. Maybe this is their work around for this.
Correct, Phantom is not a part of this pack but we do include enough Rogue Bucks for you to unlock her if you need to. If you do already have her, you can spend those on something else!
