Hey All!
With the public getting more eyes on Rogue Company, we thought it’d be a good idea to introduce you to our QA team. First Watch Games is dedicated to developing Rogue Company alongside our fan base. To do so, the QA team will be very active in both this subreddit and our Discord. In this thread we’ll introduce the team and add some notes on how we’d like things to work going forward.
Our QA team is as follows:
u/HiRezLiterCola - Former QA for multiple EA games, Former QA Analyst/Lead for Realm.
u/HiRezSt3alth - Former Smite World Champion, Former Smite Community Manager, Former Content Creator/Streamer.
u/HiRezClypse - Former QA Tester II at EA (NBA Live 19), Former QA Analyst for AGS.
u/HiRezCary - Former QA for Tribes, Smite, and Paladins.
Going forward, we’ll be collecting the feedback posted here, organizing it, and delivering it to our design team. For bugs, we’ll investigate the issue and enter them into our database. After we feel like we have our side covered, we’ll reply to the thread so the poster knows it has been seen.
Some notes: When reporting a bug, please be as detailed as possible. A screenshot would also be helpful but not necessary. As long as you can detail what you did leading up to finding the bug and can describe what the bug looks like, we should be able to find it.
For feedback, keep it constructive. We want to hear your feedback, but if it’s toxic or includes personal attacks, we will not respond.
Also, please don’t abuse the tagging system. We’ll be keeping up to date on Reddit and Discord daily. If there is something we haven’t responded to, it’s likely we are still investigating the issue or a response from us would spoil upcoming content.
As with all other Hi-Rez’s games, we won’t talk about any upcoming content or features until they are officially released to the public.
