[2020] This game robbed me.

I have spent collectively $45 on this game so far, just to not have access to any of the rogues I paid for.

I bought the $15 edition of the game on a friend’s recommendation. I enjoyed playing for a few matches, so I decided to upgrade to the version that will give me all of the rogues.

Big surprise, unlike every other game with a tiered purchase system, you cannot upgrade. You just have to purchase the game over again, at the higher tier.

No worries, I genuinely enjoy supporting new games if they’re fun, so I went ahead and spent the additional $30 to get all of the rogues.

I confirmed my purchase, and the game actually have me an in game prompt showing that I now owned both editions.

But now, despite restarting the game, uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting save data, restarting my console, contacting the devs on Twitter and Reddit, I still have no access to the characters I have paid $45 collectively for.

What do I do here? I’m debating just charging back my purchase and dropping the game entirely if it lacks even basic support of purchases. If anyone has a solution to get the characters, it’d be appreciated.
