[2020] Straight up unplayable (for me)

I've been trying to play the game, bought the $60 founder's pack version of the beta. Played maybe two matches before I was completely unable to use any abilities and even aim + fire my weapons. I want to enjoy the game so badly, but this bug is completly ruining and dampening my experience with the beta. It doesn't help that all I see recently are people getting awesome aces and plays in-game, which make me wanna play even more.
