So currently as it stands, there is no reason to link with Vy as her passive only works with her active which you won’t have access to. While it can be argued that some Rogue’s passive are much better to use than others (don’t think many Scorch players will get linked either) Vy’s the only passive that outright just doesn’t work with Dahlia.

We think this is a very cool and interesting dynamic. However, we do agree that Vy's passive not providing any benefit for Dahlia is a little underwhelming and we are discussing options to make that interaction more compelling
