I've recently claimed a code on a new microsoft/xbox account, then linked that account to my existing Epic Games account, but I didn't recieve said items. I've tried sending a support ticket on Hi-Rez's website but instead of saying it has been sent successfully it shows up a blank page, so I can't even be sure it has been sent.

Hi there! You should have received an email notification if your ticket was successfully submitted. What browser were you using when you put it in?

You shouldn't need a hi-rez account to create a ticket. Please DM me the email you used when creating it and we'll see if we can see it.
