[2020] Being placed on NA server when EU region selected!

Has anyone else noticed that they are getting placed on servers outside of the region selected?

I have a netduma router and can see the servers/ping and I’d say 1/5 games I am being placed on an NA server when I have Europe selected.

This issue needs fixing before leavers penalties are introduced because playing on a 30 ping compared to 120 ping is a night and day difference.
