We lost 0-5. Only 3 players in my team and at some point one of us just gave up and became inactive.
Yet throughout the whole match the surrender option was greyed out. Why is it even there? I can never use it when I want to.
Edit: Hi-Rez not High-Rez,sorry. Also almost the exact same situation happened again. Getting steamrolled, players loose motivation to keep playing, still no surrender option. End up loosing 0-5 with a total of 2 eliminations by our team

100%, the surrender system does not function that way.
Was not able to surrender in multiple games where one or more players left for far more than 2 minutes. None of the leavers in question also reconnected ever, yet the surrender option was not allowed. Had to play through the entire match for the inevitable defeat.
I appreciate you letting us know, we'll run some tests.
