I enjoy the game so much that I upgraded to the highest tier. I purchased it and have the receipt, but can't seem to claim it. Ive restarted the game a few times with no difference. I didn't get any of the extra goodies. Anyone know how to fix this?

Some additional questions: Which platform are you using? Are you purchasing the items through the in-game store or through the platform store (Xbox/Sony/Nintendo Stores)
I ended up correcting this in a very strange way. I purchased the game for both PC and PS4. My main platform is pc, but that is where i was receiving the issue from the in game store in which I upgraded. When I link my account to my ps4 account, I signed in on ps4 and my purchases popped up for me to claim, I claimed them on ps4 and now I received my characters and coins. But I assume not everyone will have the game on multiple platforms to perform these actions.

I play on Xbox an I having the same issue as everyone else, I bought the starters founder Pack then decided to upgrade to the ultimate edition cause I love the game, but it seems like I’m not getting my rewards that come with the ultimate edition, I have uninstalled the game and Redownloaded still nothing seems to change still nothing. Hope this helps.

I bought the middle tier founders pack on Epic store and don't have any of the things unlocked.
We pushed an update today for Epic that should have fixed this. If you relog, you should see your items.
I bought the standard pack through the epic launcher store. It only gave me access to the starter items?
See if you can reach out to Radar about this one. Most of the founder pack issues should be resolved, we're cleaning up any additional ones on a per issue basis.
I’m having the same issue, I purchased regular founders on PC and ultimate on PS4 and on PS4 i can’t access my characters or unlocks.
Do you have your accounts linked? I think if your PC is named the primary account then you're inventory will reflect PC. Try changing your PS4 to your primary account.
I'm on Epic and i purchased the standard edition and after 48 hours still dont have rogues or cosmetics????!!!! please help
