This has been a problem for months. They took him out to fix the problem but it still happened when they added him back. The problem is they haven't even mentioned it since then. How is that not a top priority fix? Like what? Most bugs are minor annoyances that I can deal with. But this is actually game breaking. I apologize for this being a bit of a rant post but man I just find this ridiculous.
External link →I'm sorry it took so long, but we finally figured out why The Fixer was causing players to crash. It took a lot of heavy investigation of crashes to finally track down the common thread being players using any colorblind setting and another chunk of time to track down why the Tyr was negatively interacting with the colorblind system. We have temporarily disabled Tyr while we work out the fastest way to get the fix rolled out.
The previous issue that we resolved was for players using 120 FPS mode on modern consoles, but it turns out The Fixer was causing multiple crashes.

Nah, you don't need to be sorry, either. I know how frustrating this has been for you all and as customers, you have the right to be upset! This was a really tough one to pin down and you all being consistently vocal about it kept it as a top priority for me. Honestly, I appreciate you sticking around through it and not giving up on us! :)
