[2022] What am I supposed to do

I’ve just downloaded Rogue Co for the first time and I decided to play strikeout. I heard that all rogues were going to be free for all players week 1 and then I saw that it was temporary and was expected to buy them with in game currency which is no big deal (bad way to market rogues being free) I then hop on strikeout and well let’s just say I’m starting to regret my decision all 4 games I’ve played so far have been laggy as hell. I start shooting lag, I start running lag, I start using my abilities you guess it. Considering this game has apparently come out of beta and is now out for full release it’s kinda infuriating that it’s a laggy mess
