[2021] When will this game be playable again on Xbox?

Have only gotten worse for me and now half the gunshots are muted in a game. Either mine my teammates or the enemies. Not to mention the buzzing, the silent quips and "lethal out" type phrases, and the lack of vibration feedback. It sucks this game gets broken for 2 weeks everytime they update it.
